本コミュニティガイドラインは日本語版を正本とします。他言語版との間に矛盾がある場合、日本語版が優先されます。

はじめに

Uproofは、仲間との連帯と金銭的責任を通じて習慣を変えるためのプラットフォームです。すべてのユーザーが安全かつ快適に利用できるよう、以下のガイドラインを定めます。

本ガイドラインに違反した場合、警告、コンテンツ削除、アカウント制限、またはアカウントの永久削除を含む措置を取ります。

ゼロトレランスポリシー
不適切なコンテンツの投稿が確認された場合、事前通知なくアカウントを即時かつ永久に削除します。

1. 尊重とリスペクト

1.1 他のメンバーを尊重する

すべてのユーザーは互いを尊重し、建設的なコミュニケーションを心がけてください。異なるバックグラウンド、文化、言語を持つメンバーが参加しています。

1.2 ハラスメント・いじめの禁止

他のユーザーに対するハラスメント、いじめ、脅迫、ストーキング行為は一切禁止します。これには直接メッセージ、コメント、投票システムの悪用を含みます。

1.3 差別の禁止

人種、民族、国籍、宗教、性別、性的指向、障害、年齢、その他の属性に基づく差別的発言やヘイトスピーチは禁止します。

2. コンテンツの基準

2.1 即時アカウント削除対象となるコンテンツ

以下のコンテンツを投稿した場合、即時かつ永久にアカウントを削除します。復元はできません。

性的コンテンツ：ヌード、ポルノ、性的に露骨な画像・テキスト
児童搾取：未成年者に関する不適切なコンテンツ一切
暴力・残虐表現：過度な暴力、残虐行為、ゴア表現
テロリズム・過激主義：テロ組織の宣伝、暴力の扇動
違法行為：違法薬物の使用・販売の促進、その他犯罪行為の助長
自傷・自殺：自傷行為や自殺を美化・促進するコンテンツ

2.2 禁止コンテンツ

スパム、繰り返しの宣伝・広告
詐欺、フィッシング、マルウェアの配布
個人情報の無断公開（ドキシング）
著作権・商標権を侵害するコンテンツ
誤情報・偽情報の意図的な拡散
アプリの機能を悪用する目的のコンテンツ

2.3 証明写真の基準

証明写真はリアルタイムのカメラ撮影のみ有効です。以下は禁止されています：ギャラリーからの画像アップロード、他人の写真の使用、スクリーンショットの使用、加工・編集済み画像の使用、過去に撮影した写真の再利用。虚偽の証明写真の投稿は規約違反として対処されます。

3. グループ内の行動規範

3.1 公正な投票

投票システムはグループの民主的な運営のために設けられています。他のメンバーに投票を強要したり、投票結果を操作する行為は禁止です。

3.2 メンバー除外投票の適切な使用

メンバー除外（キック）投票は、重大な規約違反やグループの秩序を著しく乱す行為に対してのみ使用してください。個人的な感情や些細な意見の相違を理由とした除外投票は推奨しません。

3.3 ペナルティの公正な運用

ペナルティ設定はグループの合意に基づいて決定されるものです。新しいメンバーに対して不当に高いペナルティを設定するなど、悪意のある運用は禁止です。

4. プライバシーの保護

他のメンバーの証明写真をアプリ外で共有・転載しないでください
他のメンバーの個人情報（本名、住所、連絡先等）をアプリ内で公開しないでください
証明写真に第三者が意図せず写り込んでいる場合は、その写真の投稿を避けてください
グループ内での会話やメッセージを許可なく外部に公開しないでください

5. 通報と対応

5.1 通報方法

ガイドライン違反を発見した場合は、速やかに通報してください：

アプリ内の通報機能を使用

5.2 対応プロセス

通報を受けてから24時間以内に確認を行います。以下の措置を段階的に適用します：

第1段階：該当コンテンツの削除 + 警告
第2段階：一時的なアカウント制限（投稿制限、コメント制限）
第3段階：アカウントの永久削除

ただし、セクション2.1に該当する重大な違反の場合は、段階を経ず即時アカウント削除を行います。

5.3 虚偽通報の禁止

悪意のある虚偽通報は、通報者自身が措置の対象となります。

6. 未成年者の保護

本サービスは13歳以上を対象としています
未成年者が利用する場合、保護者の同意を得ることを推奨します
未成年者に対する不適切な接触やコミュニケーションは即時アカウント削除の対象です
児童搾取に該当するコンテンツは、関係当局に通報します

7. 知的財産の尊重

他者の著作物、商標、特許等の知的財産権を尊重してください
自分が権利を持つコンテンツのみを投稿してください
他者のコンテンツを引用する場合は適切なクレジットを付記してください

8. アカウント管理

1人につき1つのアカウントのみ作成してください
アカウントの売買・譲渡は禁止です
ペナルティ回避のための新規アカウント作成は禁止です
他人になりすますアカウントの作成は禁止です

9. ガイドラインの変更

本ガイドラインは必要に応じて更新されます。重要な変更については、アプリ内通知にて30日前までにお知らせします。

Introduction

Uproof is a platform for changing habits through solidarity with peers and financial accountability. We establish the following guidelines to ensure all users can use the service safely and comfortably.

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, content removal, account restrictions, or permanent account deletion.

Zero Tolerance Policy
If inappropriate content is confirmed, accounts will be immediately and permanently deleted without prior notice.

1. Respect & Civility

1.1 Respect Other Members

All users should respect each other and engage in constructive communication. Members from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and languages participate in this community.

1.2 No Harassment or Bullying

Harassment, bullying, threats, and stalking of other users are strictly prohibited. This includes direct messages, comments, and abuse of the voting system.

1.3 No Discrimination

Discriminatory speech or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other attribute is prohibited.

2. Content Standards

2.1 Content Resulting in Immediate Account Deletion

Posting the following content will result in immediate and permanent account deletion. Restoration is not possible.

Sexual Content: Nudity, pornography, sexually explicit images or text
Child Exploitation: Any inappropriate content involving minors
Graphic Violence: Excessive violence, cruelty, or gore
Terrorism & Extremism: Promotion of terrorist organizations, incitement of violence
Illegal Activities: Promotion of illegal drug use/sale, facilitation of criminal activities
Self-Harm & Suicide: Content that glorifies or promotes self-harm or suicide

2.2 Prohibited Content

Spam, repeated promotions or advertisements
Fraud, phishing, or malware distribution
Unauthorized disclosure of personal information (doxxing)
Content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
Intentional spreading of misinformation or disinformation
Content intended to exploit app features

2.3 Proof Photo Standards

Only real-time camera captures are accepted as proof photos. The following are prohibited: gallery image uploads, using others' photos, screenshots, edited/processed images, and reusing previously taken photos. Submitting fake proof photos will be treated as a Terms of Service violation.

3. Group Conduct

3.1 Fair Voting

The voting system exists for democratic group governance. Coercing others to vote a certain way or manipulating vote outcomes is prohibited.

3.2 Appropriate Use of Kick Votes

Member kick votes should only be used for serious violations or behavior that significantly disrupts group order. Using kick votes based on personal feelings or trivial disagreements is discouraged.

3.3 Fair Penalty Management

Penalty settings should be determined by group consensus. Malicious practices such as setting unreasonably high penalties for new members are prohibited.

4. Privacy Protection

Do not share or repost other members' proof photos outside the app
Do not disclose other members' personal information (real name, address, contact info) within the app
Avoid posting proof photos that unintentionally capture third parties
Do not share group conversations or messages externally without permission

5. Reporting & Response

5.1 How to Report

If you discover a guideline violation, please report it promptly:

5.2 Response Process

We review reports within 24 hours. The following measures are applied progressively:

Stage 1: Content removal + warning
Stage 2: Temporary account restriction (posting/commenting restrictions)
Stage 3: Permanent account deletion

However, for severe violations under Section 2.1, accounts will be immediately deleted without progressive stages.

5.3 False Reports

Malicious false reports may result in action against the reporter.

6. Minor Protection

This Service is intended for users aged 13 and above
Parental consent is recommended for minor users
Inappropriate contact or communication targeting minors will result in immediate account deletion
Content constituting child exploitation will be reported to relevant authorities

7. Intellectual Property

Respect others' copyrights, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights
Only post content for which you hold the rights
Provide appropriate credit when citing others' content

8. Account Management

Only create one account per person
Selling or transferring accounts is prohibited
Creating new accounts to evade penalties is prohibited
Creating accounts that impersonate others is prohibited

9. Changes to Guidelines

These guidelines may be updated as needed. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification for significant changes.

2.1 즉시 계정 삭제 대상 콘텐츠

다음 콘텐츠를 게시하면 즉시 영구적으로 계정이 삭제됩니다. 복원 불가.

성적 콘텐츠: 누드, 포르노, 성적으로 노골적인 이미지·텍스트
아동 착취: 미성년자 관련 부적절한 콘텐츠 일체
폭력·잔혹 표현: 과도한 폭력, 잔학 행위, 고어 표현
테러리즘·극단주의: 테러 조직 홍보, 폭력 선동
불법 행위: 불법 약물 사용·판매 촉진, 범죄 행위 조장
자해·자살: 자해 행위나 자살을 미화·촉진하는 콘텐츠

2.3 인증 사진 기준

실시간 카메라 촬영만 인증 사진으로 인정됩니다. 갤러리 업로드, 타인의 사진, 스크린샷, 편집된 이미지, 이전에 촬영한 사진의 재사용은 금지됩니다.

3. 그룹 내 행동 규범

3.1 공정한 투표

투표를 강요하거나 결과를 조작하는 행위는 금지합니다.

3.2 강퇴 투표의 적절한 사용

강퇴 투표는 심각한 위반이나 그룹 질서를 심하게 어지럽히는 행위에 대해서만 사용하십시오.

3.3 공정한 벌금 운용

새로운 멤버에게 부당하게 높은 벌금을 설정하는 등의 악의적 운용은 금지합니다.

4. 개인정보 보호

다른 멤버의 인증 사진을 앱 외부에서 공유·전재하지 마십시오
다른 멤버의 개인정보를 앱 내에서 공개하지 마십시오
인증 사진에 제3자가 의도치 않게 찍힌 경우 게시를 피해 주십시오

5. 신고 및 대응

신고 접수 후 24시간 이내에 확인합니다. 단계적 조치: 1단계 콘텐츠 삭제+경고, 2단계 일시적 계정 제한, 3단계 영구 삭제. 섹션 2.1의 중대 위반은 즉시 삭제.

6-8. 미성년자 보호, 지적재산, 계정 관리

만 13세 이상 대상. 미성년자에 대한 부적절한 접촉은 즉시 계정 삭제. 타인의 지적재산권 존중. 1인 1계정, 계정 매매·양도·벌금 회피 목적 신규 계정 생성 금지.
