Uproof（以下「本サービス」）は、グループベースの習慣管理・相互監視アプリケーションです。ユーザーはグループを作成し、習慣の達成をカメラ撮影による証明写真で記録し、未達成時には金銭的ペナルティが課される仕組みです。
以下の行為を禁止いたします：
不適切なコンテンツの投稿が確認された場合、当方は事前通知なくアカウントを即時かつ永久に削除する権利を有します。削除されたアカウントのデータは復元されません。
規約違反や不適切なコンテンツを発見された場合は、以下の方法で通報してください：
迅速対応の約束：報告されたコンテンツについて、当方は24時間以内に確認を行います。規約違反と判断した場合は適切な対応措置を実施いたします。重大な違反については即座に対応いたします。
規約違反が確認された場合、以下の措置を行います：
本サービスでは、グループ習慣の未達成（ストリーク途切れ）時に金銭的ペナルティが発生します。ペナルティ金額はグループの設定により決定されます。
ペナルティの支払いはApple App Storeの標準アプリ内課金（IAP）を通じて行われます。消耗型購入であり、必要に応じて複数回購入が可能です。
返金について：ペナルティ課金は消耗型のアプリ内購入であり、原則として返金はいたしません。技術的な問題により意図しない課金が発生した場合は、uproof.app@gmail.comまでご連絡ください。返金はApple/Googleの各ストアポリシーに従います。
グループ内の重要な決定（ペナルティ変更、習慣の追加・削除・変更、メンバーの除外等）は、メンバーの過半数による投票で決定されます。投票は24時間有効であり、過半数に達した時点で即座に結果が適用されます。
データ漏洩に関する免責：当方は合理的なセキュリティ対策を講じておりますが、サーバーへの不正アクセス、ハッキング、通信傍受、システム障害、第三者サービスのセキュリティ事故、その他の要因によるデータの漏洩・流出・損失・改ざんについて、当方は一切の責任を負いません。ユーザーは、インターネットを通じたデータ通信には固有のリスクが伴うことを理解し、自己の責任において本サービスを利用するものとします。
重要：当方が事業の全部または一部を第三者に譲渡、合併、買収、売却する場合、本サービスに関連するすべての権利義務およびすべてのユーザーデータ（個人情報、投稿コンテンツ、利用履歴、決済記録、ストリーク記録、グループ情報等の一切のデータを含む）を当該第三者に移転・承継させることができるものとし、ユーザーはこれにあらかじめ同意するものとします。
損害賠償の上限：当方の責任が認められる場合でも、損害賠償は直近12ヶ月間にお客様が本サービスに対して支払った利用料金を上限とします。間接損害（データ損失、機会損失、精神的苦痛、逸失利益等）については一切責任を負いません。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争については東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
当方は、事前通知により、サービス内容の変更・一時停止・終了を行う場合があります。重要な変更については30日前までに通知いたします。
本規約を変更する場合は、重要な変更について30日前までにアプリ内通知いたします。変更後も継続してご利用いただく場合、変更に同意いただいたものとみなします。

Uproof ("the Service") is a group-based habit management and mutual accountability application. Users create groups, record habit completion through camera-captured proof photos, and face financial penalties for failing to complete habits.
If inappropriate content is confirmed, we reserve the right to immediately and permanently delete the account without prior notice. Data from deleted accounts will not be restored.
If you discover violations or inappropriate content, please report it through:
We commit to reviewing reported content within 24 hours. If a violation is confirmed, we will take appropriate action. Severe violations will be addressed immediately.
Financial penalties are incurred when group habits are not completed (streak break). Penalty amounts are determined by group settings.
Penalties are paid through standard in-app purchases (IAP) via the Apple App Store. These are consumable purchases that can be made multiple times as needed.
Penalty payments are consumable in-app purchases and are generally non-refundable. If an unintended charge occurs due to technical issues, please contact uproof.app@gmail.com. Refunds are subject to Apple/Google store policies.
Important decisions within groups (penalty changes, habit additions/deletions/modifications, member exclusion, etc.) are determined by majority vote. Votes are valid for 24 hours and results are applied immediately upon reaching a majority.
Data Breach Disclaimer: While we implement reasonable security measures, we assume no liability for data leaks, breaches, losses, or alterations caused by unauthorized server access, hacking, communication interception, system failures, security incidents at third-party services, or any other factors. Users understand that data communication over the Internet carries inherent risks and use the Service at their own risk.
Important: If we transfer, merge, acquire, or sell all or part of our business to a third party, we may transfer all rights, obligations, and all user data (including but not limited to personal information, posted content, usage history, payment records, streak records, and group information) associated with the Service to that third party. Users agree to this in advance by accepting these Terms.
Liability Cap: Even where our liability is established, damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding 12 months. We assume no liability for indirect damages (data loss, lost opportunities, emotional distress, lost profits, etc.).
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes related to the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service with prior notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for significant changes.

데이터 유출 면책: 합리적인 보안 조치를 시행하고 있으나, 비인가 접근, 해킹, 시스템 장애, 제3자 서비스의 보안 사고 등으로 인한 데이터 유출, 침해, 손실, 변조에 대해 일체의 책임을 지지 않습니다. 사용자는 인터넷을 통한 데이터 통신에 고유한 위험이 수반됨을 이해하고, 자기 책임 하에 본 서비스를 이용합니다.
중요: 사업의 전부 또는 일부를 제3자에게 양도, 합병 또는 매각하는 경우, 모든 사용자 데이터를 해당 제3자에게 이전할 수 있으며, 사용자는 본 약관에 동의함으로써 이에 사전 동의합니다.
손해배상 상한: 최근 12개월간 서비스에 지불한 금액을 상한으로 합니다. 간접 손해에 대해서는 일체 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Uproof ("el Servicio") es una aplicación de gestión de hábitos y responsabilidad mutua basada en grupos. Los usuarios crean grupos, registran el cumplimiento de hábitos mediante fotos de prueba capturadas con la cámara y enfrentan penalizaciones financieras por incumplimiento.
Mantenga su información actualizada. Están prohibidos: contenido sexualmente explícito, violento, ilegal, acosador, discriminatorio. Prohibido acosar usuarios, suplantar identidades, manipular el sistema de votación.
Si se confirma contenido inapropiado, nos reservamos el derecho de eliminar la cuenta de forma inmediata y permanente sin previo aviso. Los datos de cuentas eliminadas no se restaurarán.
Nos comprometemos a revisar el contenido reportado en un plazo de 24 horas. Las violaciones graves se abordarán de inmediato.
